General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 7o77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who accesses or uses the platform ("User", "you", "your").

- Balance: The total funds currently held in your account.

- Wagering Requirement: The total amount you must bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

- Taka (৳): Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), which is the primary currency used on this platform.
User Eligibility
To use 7o77, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.
- You are opening an account on your own behalf and are not acting for anyone else.
- All registration information you provide is accurate and truthful.
- You have not previously been removed or banned from 7o77.
If any user creates an account in violation of these eligibility conditions, 7o77 reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit any funds held within it.
Account & Financial Terms
Account Registration & Management
Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled and the associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited.
When registering an account, you must provide your full name, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number. 7o77 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
- Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.
- Transferring, selling, or renting an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for all transactions and bets made through your account.
Deposit Terms
The approved payment methods for depositing funds into 7o77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits made using a third party's payment method are not accepted.
- Deposits are generally credited instantly, though bank transfers may take slightly longer.
- 7o77 reserves the right to hold a payment in some cases until the deposit details are verified.
In the case of illegal, fraudulent, or suspicious deposits, 7o77 may immediately suspend the account and open an investigation.
Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply to withdrawing funds from your account:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals may be held pending in cases of incomplete verification.
7o77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for large withdrawals. This process is conducted for the purpose of security and fraud prevention.
Bonuses & Gaming Rules
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Various bonuses and promotions are offered on the 7o77 platform. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be followed.
Welcome Bonus:
- 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Wagering requirement: you must bet 15 times the bonus amount (applied to the bonus portion only; the deposit is not counted).
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = bonus winnings become withdrawable only after a total of ৳22,500 has been wagered.
- The validity period for using a bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's details.
If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent bonus conditions — 7o77 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit the bonus.
Gaming Rules
The following rules must be observed when playing games on 7o77:
- Each game has its own rules, which are displayed on the game screen — it is advisable to read them before playing.
- Any transaction that occurs due to a software error or technical issue may be considered void.
- The outcome of a game in progress during a technical issue may or may not be saved automatically.
- Separate terms and conditions may apply for progressive jackpots or special prizes.
- 7o77 will not be liable for bets lost due to server or network issues.
7o77 uses Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes, which ensures fair play.
Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct
The following activities are completely prohibited on the 7o77 platform:
- Fraud, cheating, or attempting to influence game outcomes by unfair means.
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Harassing, insulting, or attempting to harm other users.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorized access.
- Deliberately circumventing bonus conditions for minor gain (Bonus Abuse).
If any such activity is detected, 7o77 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary, without prior notice.
VIP Program & Liability Terms
VIP Program Terms
7o77's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a user's activity and participation on the platform. Cashback applies only to real-money bets, not bonus bets. 7o77 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
7o77 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we will not be liable in the following circumstances:
- If a game session is disrupted due to internet outages, power cuts, or other technical issues.
- Loss caused by the failure or delay of a third-party payment gateway.
- Loss caused by unauthorized access to a user's own account where the user has not followed the security terms.
- Personal financial loss arising from decisions made while gambling.
- Force Majeure events — natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.
7o77's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the actual deposit amount made by the user during the relevant period.
Account Suspension, Closure & Termination
7o77 may suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure to provide documents despite a request for identity verification.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity being found.
- The user voluntarily requests account closure as part of responsible gaming.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any verifiable balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but bonuses will be cancelled if their wagering conditions have not been met.
Data Protection & Dispute Resolution

Responsible Gaming Terms
7o77 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. This platform is for people aged 21 and above only.
- Users can set their own deposit limits.
- If needed, there is an option to voluntarily suspend your account temporarily or permanently.

Miscellaneous Provisions
Even if any clause of these terms is deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. These terms form the complete agreement between 7o77 and the user and replace all previous oral or written understandings.
- 7o77 not exercising any right under these terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
- The user may not transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party.
- 7o77 may transfer its rights under these terms to any affiliated entity.
- The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered the authoritative document.
